Tailor Made Sail Instead?

From design to installation, shade sails will provide you with up to 98% UV protection from the sun rays. Manufactured using 316 marine grade stainless steel fittings and stainless steel cable around perimeter of sail fabric to keep the sails tensioned. Using timber or powder coated galvanised steel poles shade sails can keep you cooler in summer by up to 8 degrees. Free standing shade sails are supported with poles concreted into the ground or supported off buildings giving an overall pleasing effect, using specialised woven fabrics in a range of colours.

The Process

1. We will carry out a site visit to discuss what your needs are and then scale a drawing of the area.
2.  From the drawing we can work out the shade fabric required for manufacture and fixing requirements to supply a quote.
3. With the quote accepted we can get the fixing points in place and do an accurate point to point measure so the fabrication of the sail can begin.
4.  With the fabrication complete we can then run a stainless steel braided wire around the perimeter of the sail and install on site with the appropriate hardware and adjust up.
